Joy and fun … too many have lost thier childish innocence and joy .. one thing I genuinely believe is that more 30+ year olds need to actually practice “youthful playfulness” like exercise or meditation or therapy the actual “work” in playing and having fun and being silly brings a lot to one’s overall health and allows you to deal with the stresses of the day to day .. at this fun event at @coolkicks I used their amazing double glass to have some joy with some of the community that was in line ❤️❤️❤️
